Job summary

Kvasir Technologies, a small, dynamic team, seeks a Demo Plant Operator for its Fredericia demonstration plant. You will join three colleagues to support plant operation and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient test campaigns and timely plant readiness.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities across startup to fault-finding, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. A marine engineering or technical background is preferred, with willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Marine engineer or strong technical background.
• May be new to the field or have relevant experience with high-temp or pressurized processes.
• Structured and proactive problem-solver who gets things done.
• Flexible to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the demonstration plant during test campaigns.
• Prepare the plant and equipment for tests; start, operate, and shut down safely.
• Monitor process parameters, equipment, and overall plant performance.
• Prepare feedstock and samples; record settings and deviations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Ensure plant readiness for next test campaign and proper handover.
