Job summary

Billerud is seeking an IT Datacenter Service Specialist in Denmark to administer, monitor, and improve our datacenter infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and cloud teams to keep systems secure, available, and efficient.

The role requires strong Linux knowledge, IT monitoring experience, and collaboration with stakeholders in Swedish and English. Onsite work with remote Teams collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in IT Monitoring with knowledge of monitoring tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems: installation, configuration, patch management, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data and identify issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve the datacenter infrastructure.
• Focus on enterprise monitoring platforms, Linux server environments, and Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT operations across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, application, and cloud teams to resolve incidents and automate processes.
• Report to Manager IT Datacenter BEU.
