WPP in Copenhagen is seeking a Data Science Team Lead to guide a small, sharp team building multimodal embedding spaces and MCP servers, shaping the technical roadmap for the embedding and AI ecosystem at Open Intelligence.

You will translate strategy into concrete projects, stay hands-on, and uphold high engineering standards while mentoring team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, clean code principles and testability.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud experience (GCP Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
• Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, LLM tooling, and MCP is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to untangle ambiguity and turn broad goals into shipped, high‑quality production systems.
• Ability to shape complex technical concepts into compelling stories for technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike.
