Job summary

Milestone Technologies, a global IT services firm, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join the team in supporting installs, troubleshooting, and maintaining servers, networking gear, and cabling.

You will work with Data Center Leads to understand ticket management, diagnose issues, and update inventory systems, with safety as priority and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A technology-related degree and hands-on hardware experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in a technology-related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers and networking equipment.
• Assist in moving and racking equipment for projects as directed.
• Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
