Job summary

UNHCR in Copenhagen seeks a dynamic Project Support Intern (Data Analysis) to assist in data gathering, BI dashboards, and administrative processes. You will work under the PSP Operations Officer, collaborating with the SES team and other stakeholders, gaining exposure to project management, finance, procurement and operations.

The role offers learning opportunities in digital platforms like SharePoint, and a structured internship arrangement with potential for extension, based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Be either a recent graduate or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate programme.
• Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant to the work.
• Not have exhausted the internship period with UNHCR; follow eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and create dashboards in Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.
• Support system development and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide project management support and innovative solutions to activities.
• Coordinate strategies, programmes and presence on internal digital platforms.
• Organise meetings, prepare notes and present documents clearly.
