• Maintain understanding of evolving FinTech regulations and internal compliance standards to protect customer data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic and solutions-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and resolve platform bugs or inefficiencies.
• Educate users on secure features and tools within the digital financial ecosystem.
• Document all interactions in our CRM to maintain accurate service records.
