Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon-based team onsite. You will handle Danish-speaking inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information, and deliver a positive customer experience with empathy.

With relocation support and a comprehensive training program, you’ll join an international, inclusive team and have opportunities to grow while earning a base salary plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and able to communicate in English for training and internal use.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Lisbon with EU citizenship or valid work permit.

We're Hiring: Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)
Start Date: 10 July 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts, including bank holidays)
Days Off: Weekends
Contract Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus

What Were Looking For

Fluency in Danish with Good level of English for training and internal communication

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Previous customer service experience is a plus
