AutoUncle is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to own the technical setup for a portfolio of 60–80 DACH customers, from first contact to go-live and beyond. You’ll ensure proper integrations, measurable outcomes from day one, and ongoing reliability across dealer websites, CRMs, and inventory feeds.

You will lead technical onboardings, join customer meetings in German, coordinate timelines, and troubleshoot analytics tracking while collaborating with Sales, Product and Tech teams.

Formación

• German and English fluency required.
• 2+ years in technical integrations, implementation, digital operations or similar.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking (GA4, GTM) and understanding of events and conversions.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data exchange.
• HTML/CSS skills for adjusting website integrations.
• Confident in phone communication with technical and non-technical contacts.
• Structured, multi‑tasking workflow with proactive prioritization.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks or speed up work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical onboardings—connect products with dealer websites, CRMs and inventories; coordinate complex integrations.
• Attend customer meetings with Sales; answer questions in German; set go-live expectations.
• Unblock setups by contacting web agencies, CRM providers and dealer IT contacts.
• Diagnose tracking and data issues (GA4, GTM; consent mode; event tracking).
• Customize and improve widgets; refine standard integrations for better UX.
• Conduct regular health checks on portfolios; monitor data quality.
• Create repeatable workflows, doc templates, and AI automations with Product/Tech teams.
