Job summary

Ascendis Pharma A/S is seeking a Business Analyst to join the D365 Platform team. You will bridge business analysis with a technical understanding of Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft cloud, enabling governance and operational excellence across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional, global teams and report to the Platform Engineer in Hellerup. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, strengthening governance, supporting pipelines, and contributing to daily platform

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred; experience as a BA in IT/digital/tech environment.
Hands-on familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Familiar with Dynamics 365 F&O and Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Structured, analytical, thorough with documentation and standardization.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships across business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and coherence across the broader Microsoft platform landscape.
Define, gather, and structure requirements for new platform capabilities that support business-facing product teams.
Support platform-related initiatives from early scoping through execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, handover, and quality outcomes.
Strengthen documentation, governance, and operational discipline across a growing portfolio of Power Platform solutions, platform frameworks, and newly introduced Microsoft platform capabilities.
Contribute actively to daily platform operations, helping to drive timely issue resolution across teams and partners.
Support Azure DevOps pipeline activities and deployment processes in close collaboration with the D365 Platform Engineer.
Support selected D365 F&O operational activities, including batch jobs, license administration, and access management, within a highly regulated business environment.
