Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to translate digital regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements. The role sits in the Product Compliance team at the FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød and involves working with R&D, Product Management and Legal globally to ensure Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act and Data Act compliance across prioritized markets.

You will interpret legislation, create actionable product requirements, and support the value chain in implementing them,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of product cybersecurity, cyber resilience and digital regulatory requirements.
• Documented experience applying regulations and standards in practice.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert within product cybersecurity, cyber resilience and digital regulatory requirements with a global perspective.
• Identify, monitor, interpret and assess applicable regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product compliance needs for the value chain.
• Monitor global developments in product cybersecurity and cyber resilience regulation and maintain scalable approaches across markets.
• Own the product compliance framework and governance and build compliance knowledge across the organization.
• Support the business in assessing products, processes and suppliers against applicable requirements and maintain technical files.
• Support development projects and product lifecycle management with compliance input and risk guidance.
• Support internal and external audits to closure and address non-conformances and regulatory changes.
