What You'll Do:

This role requires strong technical skills and a deep focus on customer success.

  • Contribute to the technical design, development, and maintenance of complex, high-throughput integration solutions using .NET C#, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

  • Take part in our agile development cycle, contributing to technical roadmap planning, estimation, and sprint execution.

  • Act as a technical liaison with customers, engaging in deep-dive sessions to architect tailored integration strategies that meet their specific enterprise needs and exceed expectations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-priority technical issues, applying strong diagnostic and debugging techniques to ensure smooth and reliable customer experiences.

  • Apply and advocate for best practices for robust software development, integration patterns, security, and operational excellence.

  • Perform code reviews and contribute to the evolution of our release strategy and procedures to maintain high-quality standards across the team while delivering value to our customers faster than ever before.

Who You Are:

You are an engineer who enjoys taking on technical ownership.

  • You have experience designing, building, and deploying scalable applications and integrations, with solid expertise in .NET C#.

  • You have a strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and security standards. Experience with large-scale enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM is a significant plus.

  • You can drive projects from concept to production.

  • You are driven by technical excellence, finding joy in delivering well-architected, highly-performant, well-tested, and documented solutions.

  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customer IT teams.

  • You embody a customer-obsessed mindset, passionate about creating solutions that provide significant, measurable business impact.
