Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Specific knowledge: good interpersonal and computer skills; able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions for savings and checking accounts.
• Open new deposit accounts and explain bank products and services.
• Resolve customer issues with courtesy and discretion.
• Handle stop payments, wire transfers, and related maintenance.
• Maintain branch records, ensure security and audit procedures are followed.
