Job summary

Lunar in Copenhagen is seeking a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle and activation strategies for our Nordic customers. You will design and ship multi-channel campaigns in Braze, own performance, and work with Product, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams to improve engagement and upsell.

Qualifications

8+ years in CRM for app-based products or services with activation and upsell focus.
Hands-on with multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle flows and complex segmentation.
Strong technical skills in Liquid and HTML for building CRM campaigns.
Analytical mindset with testing and data-driven optimization.
Fluent English and ability to align stakeholders across levels.
Proactive team player with stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

Build and run CRM strategies for retail banking customers to drive engagement and upsell.
Own commercial agenda with your KPIs and drive campaign performance.
Design and ship multi-channel Braze campaigns (email, push, in-app).
Own end-to-end campaign performance, tests and messaging optimization.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams.
Develop automations, leveraging AI tools like Claude and Gemini for execution and ideas.
