Maersk is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to assess counterparty risk across a global energy portfolio and support credit decisions that protect the business from losses. You will work at the intersection of finance, risk and trading, gaining exposure to marine fuels, shipping, and trade finance while engaging with Legal, Treasury and Commercial stakeholders.

Formación

• Relevant counterparty credit analysis experience in commodity trading, oil and gas, marine fuels, shipping or financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fundamental counterparty credit analysis using financial statements and verifiable indicators of financial capacity.
• Translate conclusions into internal risk grades, credit limits and approval recommendations.
• Measure and monitor exposure across physical and financial transactions, including receivables and settlement risk.
• Develop and calibrate credit risk methodologies, scorecards and portfolio reporting.
• Support credit assessment of sustainable fuels and energy-transition transactions.
