Job description

A permanent cost management post on life science construction work in Denmark, with the posting naming both Kalundborg and Copenhagen as the locations and carrying requisition 2026-6255. The commercial remit runs across the full contract cycle.

On the post contract side the successful applicant will support the settlement of construction disputes and of loss and expense claims, resolve commercial questions, change orders and contract issues as they arise, and help prepare and agree final accounts including the handling of any claims within them.

On the pre contract side the role covers estimates and cost plans for the client's developments and active participation in the tender process, from the initial documentation through to analysis and reporting. Ongoing project spend is controlled through valuations and cost reports, with variations communicated to the project team as they occur.
