Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is seeking a Manager based in Copenhagen to help financial institutions optimise operations through Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and implementation support. You will lead workstreams and deliver client-ready solutions with a senior team.

You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, drive initiatives across Europe, and apply your consulting experience to shape outcomes, while enjoying a collaborative, meritocratic

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of consulting experience in financial services.
• Strong English written and verbal skills; other languages preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client projects and teams.
• Experience with Target Operating Models and vendor selections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on value chain design and solution implementation.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand objectives and translate into solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on strategy.
• Analyse data, test hypotheses, and present recommendations to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
