A reputable engineering company in Esbjerg Denmark is looking for a skilled and experienced Contract Turner to join their team As a Turner you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape and form metal parts into desired shapes This is a contract position with competitive salary of 1100$ The company provides free visa and ticket for non-Danish nationalities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual and computer-controlled machines to perform turning operations on metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and specifications to determine the set-up requirements
• Select appropriate tools machines and materials for each job
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or engineering setting
• Proficient in using manual lathes milling machines grinders and other machining equipment
• Strong knowledge of metal properties cutting tools and machining techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Denmark
