Job summary

Podimo, Europe’s leading podcasting platform, seeks a Content Operations Lead for the Danish market. You will own end-to-end content operations, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, coordinating with Content, Marketing and Legal to ensure timely releases and optimized spend.

You will lead a small team, build scalable processes, and drive insights on engagement and retention to inform renewals and investments. Fluency in Danish and English is required, with remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• Analytical and financial modelling skills to inform content investments and planning.
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with commercial business cases for media.
• Proven track record in operational planning and prioritization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading a small team and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content operations planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the Danish market.
• Monitor core consumption, engagement, retention, and forecasting accuracy to optimize content strategy.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate timely content releases and manage metadata accuracy in CMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional content approvals with Content, Marketing, and Legal; maintain SOPs to improve speed and quality.
• Lead a small team, set priorities, and develop team members; align locally with global Content Ops standards.
