Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Construction Project Planner in Denmark for an initial 6-12 month contract, focused on life sciences facilities. The role requires robust planning and scheduling expertise, especially in international settings and EPCMV contexts, with pharma/biotech sector experience highly valued.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment while fostering a collaborative project environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive project planning and scheduling experience in international or multicultural settings.
• Pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate overall planning and scheduling across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead, support and train employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.
• Construction leadership for site execution, safety, quality, and schedule alignment across EPCMV phases.
• Stakeholder management with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership.

With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology, they help clients bring life-changing treatments to patients worldwide. They are currently looking for a Construction Project Planner to support their project on a 6-12 month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Coordinating and communicate overall planning and scheduling activities on a portfolio of projects.
• Leading, supporting and training employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.
• Construction Leadership — understanding of site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment across all EPCMV phases.
• Stakeholder Management — Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership.

Experience required:

• Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in international organisations or in multi-cultural environments.
• Experience from pharma & biotech industries.
• Extensive large-scale, multi-disciplinary planning experience with EPCMV.
• Experience in a leadership role in a project environment including coaching and leading team members.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
