Job summary

Willy Naessens Group in Denmark is seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on our construction sites and oversee the entire building process from concept to final delivery.

You will act as the key link between client and on-site teams, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring planning, safety, quality and productivity, and solving technical challenges as our Danish market grows.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with a degree in construction and 5 years work experience in a similar function as construction leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire building process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate and support the workers and subcontractors and help solve any technical challenges that arise on-site.

As the market leader in industrial construction projects in Belgium, we are now taking firm steps into the Danish market. Our first projects are starting, and to support this growth, we are looking for a project manager who is ready to take the lead on our construction sites.

You will work closely with an experienced collegue of the Willy Naessens Group and it's your task to oversee the entire building process — from initial concept to final delivery. You are the key link between the client and the construction teams, ensuring planning, safety, and productivity are maintained on-site. You coordinate and support the workers and subcontractors and help solve any technical challenges that arise.

Your Profile

You are a problem solver with a positive attitude. Above all, you are agile, enthusiastic and willing to learn about our company and our construction methods and processes. We will communicate in English but we expect you to speak fluent Danish.
