Job description

We are a reputable construction company based in Horsens and we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

As a Construction Manager you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors and other team members.

Your main duties will include overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation. You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to on site. Your attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring progress and identifying any potential issues or delays.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates of any nationality with valid visa sponsorship.
