Job summary

Advansor in Aarhus is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Digital Engineering Team. You will own engineering data and product design, manage master documentation, CAD models, and BOM, and support the design team to ensure efficient order execution.

The role focuses on modular, configurable 3D CAD Master development, robust design, and change management using SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM. Strong communication and hands-on attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience with 3D CAD models in SolidWorks.
• Experience managing BOM structures and product configuration.
• Experience with revisions/workflows in SolidWorks PDM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and maintain modular and configurable 3D CAD Master (options / sub-assemblies).
• Ensure correct BOM for the 3D CAD Master.
• Support and train designers in use of 3D CAD Master.
• Technical documentation for production/sub-supplier.
• Technical support to new mechanical parts creation.
• Responsible for CAD part Library.
• Take part in high complexity projects, including development of new products.
