ExecuStaff Kuwait is hiring a Concrete Worker for our Esbjerg team. The role involves pouring, smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces, setting up forms, and applying finishes with trowels and screeds.

This full-time position requires hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of concrete experience, can read blueprints, handle heavy materials, and communicate well with the crew.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of concrete and their uses.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy materials and repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail for precise measurements and finishes.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete.
• Pour and level concrete using hand and power tools.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels screeds and other equipment.
• Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures while working with concrete.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
