Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, precision and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up concrete forms and molds.
• Pour concrete into forms and level using trowels and screeds.
• Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure even texture and appearance.
• Apply curing or sealing compounds to protect concrete surfaces from weathering.
• Repair damaged concrete structures using patching materials.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
