Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through its fellowship. Fellows are employed by EWOR and can opt for up to €500k in funding, plus access to a network of top founders and investors.

You will own and run your startup in areas like Agentic AI, receive weekly mentoring from unicorn founders, extensive personal development, and coaching to position your company for multi-million euro funding within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English.
• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation.
• Willing to take full responsibility for own startup.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
• Follow a customised programme enhancing goal, time and energy management.
• Receive network hiring support and expert advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate product to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
