Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows receive a salary while building their venture, or opt for up to €500k in funding, plus weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to an exclusive founder network.

You will own and run a startup in industries like Industrial Tech, guided by a customised development program and intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million fundraising rounds.

Qualifications

• You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead a startup from concept to scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Europe or the Americas and take ownership of your startup.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Industrial Tech.
• Receive extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme.
• Obtain hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for fundraising and scale to multi-million revenues.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit and build sales/marketing engines.
