Job summary

Syddansk Universitet is seeking a student assistant to help bring SDU Climate-Wise Week 2026 to life this fall. You will work in a small team, supporting event delivery, materials preparation, and communications across multiple campuses.

The role is ideal for students in communication, coordination, or related fields who enjoy climate and energy topics. Responsibilities include on-site assistance, content creation, feedback collection, and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• You are in the last year of your Bachelor's or doing your Master's, preferably in Communication, Coordination, or related field.
• You have genuine interest in climate, energy, and environmental topics.
• You are organized and can juggle multiple tasks.
• You speak and understand English and Danish (oral and written).
• You are happy to travel between SDU campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with practical delivery of materials and on-site support at events.
• Help with communications: write content and pass on practical information to student ambassadors.
• Gather participant feedback after events and handle follow-up tasks.
• Perform other practical or administrative tasks as needed.
