Job Description:
The Client Delivery Lead Executive (CDL) is a strategic, account-specific role responsible for leading and ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple HPE Service Delivery Units and geographic regions within the client environment. The CDL acts as the primary strategic partner for the client and other top accounts in the Nordics, developing trusted relationships, driving service excellence, and aligning delivery with business objectives. This role is critical for delivering on contractual commitments, fostering long‑term client satisfaction, and supporting growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Delivery Governance & Performance: Oversee end-to-end account-level service delivery, ensuring performance goals and contractual commitments are consistently met or exceeded across all HPE services.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture senior management and executive-level relationships within the client organization, understanding their strategic and operational needs.
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to analyze delivery requirements and contribute to strategic planning for service delivery and account growth.
- Delivery Leadership & Orchestration: Lead all HPE service delivery teams, orchestrating virtual teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality client experience.
- Service Improvement & Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business units, focusing on enhancing service delivery and business outcomes.
- Steering Committees & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent HPE at client Steering Committees, leading stakeholder meetings, and ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Performance & Cost Management: Monitor and manage delivery performance metrics, financial targets, and risk mitigation strategies, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Expansion & Portfolio Promotion: Support sales and account teams in promoting HPE’s full service portfolio, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Pre‑sales & Change Management: Participate in pre-sales activities, solution design, and change negotiations, leveraging technical expertise to align solutions with client needs.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and corporate policies, including HR and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge & Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership in service delivery, client management, or account management, preferably within HPE or similar technology services organizations.
- Technical & Business Knowledge: Broad knowledge across multi‑technology environments (hybrid cloud, storage, networking) and a solid understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL/ITSM). Experience with HPE’s service portfolio is advantageous.
- Leadership & Management: Proven success in leading virtual, cross‑cultural teams and managing complex, multi‑region accounts.
- Client Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain executive‑level client relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
- Project & Program Management: Experience in managing large‑scale initiatives and programs, with strong organizational and risk management skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English required; additional language skills (e.g., Nordic languages) are beneficial.

Additional Notes:
This role is pivotal in maintaining HPE’s strategic partnership with Key Multinational Customers with Headquarters in Northern Europe supporting key initiatives such as Modular Datacenter and PCE VME. The CDL will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering ongoing growth opportunities.
