Job summary

The role combines headquarters administration with regular site visits, coaching staff, onboarding customers, and building strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have cleaning industry experience, be comfortable with digital systems, and hold a valid B-class license; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the professional cleaning industry is required.
• Experience coordinating or training employees.
• Proficient with digital systems and administrative tools.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus but not required.
• Valid Category B driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on cleaning standards.
• Support, coach and train cleaning staff.
• Onboard new customers and employees.
• Build customer relationships and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment and service delivery with Operations.
• Maintain quality reports and schedules in systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
