Job summary

Minerva Imaging seeks a skilled cell culture technician to maintain and contribute to high experimental standards in a fast-paced lab in Ølstykke, Denmark. The role involves cell line maintenance, media prep, and routine in vitro assays with radioactive materials, under strict safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cell culture, a lab tech background, attention to aseptic technique, and strong teamwork and time management skills. Flexible work options and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of cell culture experience, preferably with cancer or primary cells.
• Education in laboratory technology (lab technician, bioanalyst or similar).
• Experience with radioactive materials or willingness to be trained in radiation work.
• Meticulous attention to detail and aseptic technique.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fluency in English; Danish knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, cryopreservation, and cataloging of various cell lines.
• Maintenance of cell culture equipment, including cleaning and contamination checks.
• Preparation of cell culture media and reagents.
• Performing routine in vitro assays, including radioactive assays, per safety procedures.
• Handling and disposal of radioactive materials per guidelines.
