Job summary

IFF Brabrand is seeking a maternity-cover Laboratory Technician to support human health R&D through hands-on lab work in probiotics, postbiotics, and dietary supplements. You will maintain mammalian cell cultures, process clinical study samples, and perform routine molecular biology and immunological analyses.

Qualifications

Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience.
Practical lab skills for handling biological/clinical samples.
Experience with molecular biology techniques (PCR, RT-qPCR, qPCR) preferred.
Comfort with lab software and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare cell stocks.
Process clinical trial samples with traceability and documentation.
Perform molecular biology analyses (nucleic acid extraction, PCR, RT-qPCR, qPCR).
Conduct immunoassays (ELISA, multiplex) where applicable.
Record data, perform routine quality checks, and support SOP updates.
