Job summary

Arla Group is seeking a Procurement Category Manager for Capex filling equipment based in Aarhus, Düsseldorf, or Bremen to own the Capex category and drive strategy across Europe. You will lead supplier relations, define tender packages, and ensure compliant, competitive sourcing for dairies.

Role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years in strategic sourcing, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management. Expect 20–30 days of travel to Arla dairies. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and minimum 5 years in a similar global role.
• Strong project management, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing for Capex/production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive category strategy and engage key stakeholders.
• Establish a compliant, competitive supplier portfolio with framework agreements.
• Develop SRM plans and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead sourcing in Capex projects: plan, tendering, negotiations, contracting.
• Set sourcing and negotiation strategy to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for successful sourcing.
• Conduct supplier and site visits to Arla sites.
