Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Business Architect to join our team in Copenhagen or London. You will design operating models, map capabilities, and define decision-rights frameworks while driving client transformation and growth initiatives.

You will engage with cross-functional teams and executive audiences, leading workshops, and delivering change-management strategies to modernize client processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with process design, value streams, and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Map and design operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights frameworks.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working and coordinate between teams.
• Develop playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
