Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Horsens is seeking a Business Integration Manager to join our Integration Team at the new logistics center. You will lead onboarding of strategic customers into DSV's systems and processes, ensuring smooth implementations and long-term satisfaction.

You will work at the intersection of business and IT, coordinating with customer IT teams, testing integrations, and monitoring EDI flows, with opportunities to influence digital transformation across a global

At DSV, we are expanding our Integration Team and are looking for an experienced Business Integration Manager to join our newly established logistics center in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating strategic customers into DSV's transport solutions, ensuring successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.

Your Role: Connecting Customers and IT

As our new Business Integration Manager, you will ensure that new customers are successfully integrated into DSV's systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer business and technical requirements
• Collaborating closely with customer IT and technical teams
• Managing and implementing customer integration projects
• Testing and troubleshooting integrations
• Monitoring EDI transaction flows
• Supporting EDI-related cases and myDSV platform issues
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and successful customer adoption

About You

You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping customers achieve successful technical integrations. You enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer service.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Experience working with API integrations, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, ERP, TMS, and/or WMS systems
• Experience within business integration, technical implementation, or business development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Previous experience in project management or a coordinating role is considered an advantage
• A structured and analytical approach to solving problems
