Job summary

PEAK Wind is seeking a Business Excellence Student Assistant to help shape how we work and continuously improve across a global organisation. You will join the Project & Business Excellence team driving strategic initiatives, optimisation, and development with a diverse, international team.

You will support internal AI initiatives, process optimisation, and knowledge management, while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Curious about AI and digital solutions driving business value.
• Clear and effective English communication, written and spoken.
• Structured approach to problem-solving with initiative.
• Collaborative in international, cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI or similar AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Explore and support AI tools and automation across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain a catalogue of project management tools.
• Support key document management processes.

Introducing the Business Excellence Team

You will become part of our Project & Business Excellence team, where we work across the organisation to initiate, coordinate, and drive company-wide strategic, optimisation and development initiatives. We are a small but dedicated team of highly motivated professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to excellence. Our role is to ensure ideas move from strategy to structured execution – with clarity, ownership, and impact.

You will report directly to the Head of Project & Business Excellence and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, bringing your perspective to a collaborative and purposeful team environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Business Excellence Student Assistant, you will support internal optimisation, digitalisation, and organisational development initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Explore and support the application of AI tools and automation opportunities across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain a solid catalogue of project management tools.
• Support key document management processes.
• Coordinate internal processes and reporting activities.
• Maintain our information and collaboration platform, Microsoft SharePoint.
• Assist in company-wide communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Various ad hoc tasks and projects with stakeholders across the organisation.

• A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an international, cross-functional team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, or other AI and digital tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in AI/LLMs, problem-solving, and translating business processes into structured data and workflows.
