We are a focused business unit of around 60 people, part of a division of 250 and the wider twoday group of 3,000 colleagues. We are now strengthening the commercial engine behind Digital Identity Management across the Nordics.
Across all roles, we are looking for people who are curious, commercially sharp and already using AI tools as a natural part of how they work.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help build the pipeline for twoday Digital Identity Management across the Nordics.
This is a newly created role and an important part of our broader commercial build-out. You will help create qualified opportunities for our Sales Managers across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland - while also helping shape the BDR processes, messaging and playbooks we will scale from.
The role is primarily focused on booking qualified meetings, but we expect you to bring commercial judgement, curiosity and enough understanding of the customer’s situation to make every handover valuable.
You will get the opportunity to help build the BDR function for twoday Digital Identity Management as part of a broader Nordic commercial build-out.
We offer a competitive package, including pension, health insurance, lunch scheme, equipment, phone and internet. A bonus or commission model will be agreed individually.
You will work from our Copenhagen office at Sundkaj in Nordhavn, in fantastic surroundings close to the Sales and Marketing colleagues you will collaborate with every day. You will also be part of an informal but commercially oriented workplace with Friday bars, parties and employee events.
You will join a focused Digital Identity Management business unit with the backing of a large Nordic technology group - and a team that wants to build something ambitious without losing the Nordic way of working.
twoday is located in modern offices in 30 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We have a strong and unique social environment with highly engaged employees. If you are the candidate we are looking for, you will have a central role with exciting opportunities to develop in an international and innovative group, with exciting products and services within technology and software. You will also have the flexibility to "jump" and work from one of our headquarters in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Vilnius at times.
Are you not meeting all the requirements listed? Studies have shown that women and other minority groups are less likely to apply for a job if they don't meet every qualification. We're dedicated to build a workplace of diversity and inclusion. If you are excited about this role but your previous experience does not match the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
