Job description

Join Impact Fund Denmark and help drive digital transformation

As Business Application Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our business applications — shaping roadmaps, leading changes, understand process requirements, recommend solutions and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable business value. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, and orchestrate vendors and implementation partners to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant applications. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives at the intersection of technology and business and is motivated by making a real-world impact.

The position is based in Copenhagen.

The team

Joining us means becoming part of a warm, ambitious, and genuinely collaborative Technology & Operations Team. We’re a group that thrives on shared purpose, celebrates each other’s wins, and isn’t afraid to roll up our sleeves when things get complex. Our work spans a broad range of initiatives that shape the organisation’s digital backbone – but what truly defines us is how we do it: together.

You’ll be surrounded by talented colleagues who bring curiosity, professionalism, and a healthy sense of humour to the table. We challenge each other, support each other, and take pride in creating solutions that make a real difference across the organisation. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re building a culture where great ideas can come from anyone, where learning is continuous, and where you’ll have the space to influence how we work.

If you’re looking for a team that’s dynamic, welcoming, and committed to doing meaningful work – you’ll feel right at home with us.
