Job summary

EG is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ØS Indsigt, our accounts receivable and debtor management solution used across public and private sectors. You will join a team advising municipalities and regions on how the ERP solution can improve business processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, understanding user needs, and delivering practical, value-driven enhancements. Hybrid work is available, with offices in Ikast or Aarhus facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with municipal billing and debt collection for public authorities.
• Interest in the technology behind ØS Indsigt.
• Ability to understand and work through complex issues.
• Experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI.
• Self-driven when it comes to learning new IT systems.
• Strong prioritization and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent Danish in speech and writing; clear English communication.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help develop and advise on ØS Indsigt, our solution for accounts receivable and debtor management, used by organizations across the public and private sector.

As part of the department

You will join a team of skilled and dedicated employees who advise municipalities and regions on how the ERP solution ØS Indsigt can improve their business.

Our team has a proud tradition of close collaboration and dialogue with customers on how the solution can help make their work processes more efficient. By gaining a deep understanding of users' needs and challenges, we innovate and create solutions that provide real value for the end user.

Your Role: Solve, Recover, Advance

Responsibilities

As our new Business Analyst, you will play a key role in this collaboration. You will also be responsible for tasks such as:

• Preparing solution descriptions for new features.
• Testing and documentation.
• Implementing ØS Indsigt at new customers.
• Training super users.
• Supporting customers' super-users.

• Have experience with municipal billing and collection.
• Have knowledge of debt collection for public authorities.
• Have Interest in the technology behind the ØS Indsigt system.

• Have experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI.
• Are self-driven when it comes to finding tasks and learning new IT systems.
• Have strong ability to prioritize your own tasks.
• Are able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Have a positive and curious personality.
• Are fluent in spoken and written Danish.
• Are able to communicate clearly in English, in both writing and speech.
