The LEGO Group offers a Build & Play Experience Design Internship in Billund, Denmark. This 5-month program runs February–June 2027 and requires you to be pursuing a design-related degree.

You will brainstorm and prototype playful LEGO experiences, collaborate with LEGO DESiGN teammates, and test ideas with consumers in a hands-on environment. Applicants should have a relevant design education, a portfolio, and CV with a cover letter in English.

We create playful ways to innovate digital and physical LEGO building experiences, and your fresh ideas will help shape experiences enjoyed by audiences worldwide. As an intern, you’ll brainstorm and prototype new ways to facilitate LEGO building and play across physical and digital concepts, collaborate with partners across LEGO DESiGN and test ideas directly with consumers.
