Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking a Buffer Solution Preparation Technician in Søborg, Denmark. You will join a small team ensuring timely, accurate buffer preparation for protein purification while maintaining strict GMP compliance.

The role emphasizes quality-minded, reliable execution under time pressure, with collaboration across QA, Manufacturing Product Support, and production planning. A structured shift model and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Preferably hold an education as a Process Operator, Process Technologist, Industrial Operator, or a similar relevant qualification.
• Have at least two years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Experience preparing buffers according to recipes and production records.
• Good understanding of GMP documentation and timely, accurate documentation.
• Understanding of LEAN, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and comprehension).
• Systematic and consistent in performing repetitive tasks.
• Clear communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily buffer preparation activities per approved records, recipes, and procedures.
• Ensure buffers are prepared and delivered on time to support production schedules.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and promptly per GMP requirements.
• Follow cGMP, MPRs, and approved procedures at all times.
• Work with TrackWise and other quality systems as applicable.
• Support daily production planning and coordinate activities for timely delivery.
• Assist with troubleshooting and ad hoc tasks; identify improvement opportunities.
