Job summary

AGC Biologics in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Technician in Buffer Solution Preparation to join the SYD22 Solution Preparation team. You will plan and prepare buffers for protein purification, ensuring on-time delivery within a cGMP framework and rigorous documentation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with QA and Manufacturing Product Support, contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute buffers following production records and recipes.
• Strong documentation discipline for GMP-compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily buffer preparation activities per approved records.
• Ensure buffers are delivered on time to production schedules.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation per GMP requirements.
• Follow cGMP requirements and approved procedures at all times.
• Support daily production planning and coordinate timely delivery.
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work independently and with colleagues to maintain safety and quality.
