Job summary

Photoncycle seeks a Storyteller to own content creation and community management for our customers. Your aim is to engage with compelling, on-brand content and make Photoncycle something people want to follow, talk about and belong to.

You will shape how Photoncycle shows up on all communications channels, in Danish and English, developing content concepts for social media, writing for our platforms, and collaborating with external photographers, videographers and agencies to bring ideas to

Qualifications

• Experience in concept development, content strategy and creation, brand storytelling or social media.
• Excellent written Danish and strong written English.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, formats and reach drivers.
• Strong project management skills with multiple parallel projects.
• Ability to explain complex topics in plain language.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving answers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy and calendar across channels, in Danish and English.
• Shape the Photoncycle brand story from mission to homeowners' daily lives.
• Create social media concepts and formats tailored to each platform.
• Write copy for social media, newsletters, website, and customer communications.
• Brief and manage external partners from concept to delivery.
• Manage the customer community: engage, respond, moderate, spark conversations.
• Track engagement and reach; use data to improve activities.
