Job summary

Performance Inc. is hiring a Visual Merchandiser for our Brand store in Copenhagen. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with the Area Visual Merchandiser to drive brand-aligned visuals and customer experiences.

You will plan windows and in-store displays, coach the team on visual standards, and ensure consistent brand presentation during peak trading times, including early shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising in a retail store.
• Ability to drive visual campaigns and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store’s visual expression and commercial performance by aligning brand guidelines with local insights and sales data.
• Plan and execute campaign setups, including windows and in-store displays, per VM Guidelines.
• Lead and support the store team on visual execution and maintain store standards.
