Studenterlauget is seeking a new bouncer for Klubben in Aarhus. As a bouncer, you will ensure the safety and satisfaction of students at the club. Your responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, cooperating with team members, and enforcing club rules.

The ideal candidate is articulate, bilingual in Danish and English, and can remain calm in stressful situations. This role offers a fun workplace with a large network among students.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Are you Klubbens new bouncer? Do you have what it takes to be a bouncer at Klubben? As a bouncer at Klubben, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of students during their visits. The work primarily takes place on Friday evenings and nights, but also during other events hosted by the club. Klubben is Studenterlaugets student bar, where students come to study and hang out during the daytime. On Fridays, Klubben transforms into a Friday bar for students at Aarhus BSS. Throughout the year, the club hosts large parties such as Club Klub and Børsbar.

Responsibilities

As a bouncer at Klubben you will:

• Maintain a safe environment for all visitors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during club events.
• Cooperate with the bouncer, DJ, and bartender teams.
• Enforce club rules and handle disputes calmly and authoritatively.
• Remain sober while the club is in operation.

Qualifications

• Articulate and a people‑person.
• Polite and outgoing.
• Team‑player with the ability to work alongside bouncers, DJs, and bartenders.
• Bilingual in Danish and English.
• Comfortable with staying sober during club events.
• Capable of remaining calm and authoritative in stressful situations.
• Flexible and available to work Friday evenings and during special events.
• Have at least 1 year remaining at Aarhus University.
