Installation and Commissioning
- Oversee BMS installation activities, ensuring systems are installed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, functional testing, commissioning and system validation activities.
- Work closely with commissioning teams to support integrated systems testing(IST), ensuring BMS interfaces operate correctly with associated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Monitor commissioning progress, identify outstanding issues and drive their resolution to maintain programme milestones.
- Support client demonstrations, system acceptance testing and the resolution of defects prior to handover.
Quality, Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all BMS works meet the project's quality assurance and quality control requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with approved inspection and test plans, method statements and installation procedures.
