Job summary

Swapfiets in Odense is seeking a friendly Store & Service Associate (part-time) to deliver top-tier service to members. You will be the first point of contact, assist with subscriptions and repairs, and help sales by recommending suitable products.

You will keep the shop tidy and may drive across the city to assist members, performing small repairs and swaps as needed. The role requires Danish and English language skills, a valid driver's license (min 6 months), and a passion for bikes and

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in service roles.
Driver's license held for at least 6 months.
Affinity with bikes and service.
Comfortable with tools and eager to learn basic bike repairs.
Able to understand Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members.
Be the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping with subscriptions or issues.
Provide sales through service and identify products to meet commercial targets.
Keep the shop clean, tidy and organized.
Drive around the city by car to assist members.
Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on site and in-store.
Swap out bikes when needed and transport them to the Store/Warehouse.
