Job summary

Collen in Copenhagen invites an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction and bid activities across Europe. You will lead tender processes, manage BOQs, and collaborate with regional teams and the Dublin estimating department.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, a degree in quantity surveying or related field, and strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar estimator/bid role.
• Degree qualified in quantity surveying, estimating, construction management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender from enquiry to final bid submission.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, specs, and contract reviews.
• Coordinate with Estimating Team to issue enquiries to the market.
• Develop budgets and cost plans for priced tenders.
• Present priced tender to Pre-Construction Director for adjudication.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and deadlines.
