Job summary

JKS a/s in Aalborg is hiring experienced workers for beef deboning in a professional production team. If you have solid knife skills and a track record in deboning beef, you will fit right in.

No formal butcher qualification is required, but demonstrated beef deboning experience is essential. You will debone meat from cattle and calves, ensure high quality and hygiene, and work Monday to Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday 6:30 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.

Qualifications

• Proven beef deboning experience or similar tasks.
• Solid knife skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in the meat industry.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Quality‑conscious with a focus on food safety.

Responsibilities

• Deboning beef on an individual piece-rate basis.
• Work with forequarters (wing) and hindquarters (pistol).
• Debone meat from cattle and calves.
• Ensure high quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
