Job summary

SkillsPeople ApS seeks a Backend Engineer with optional Front-end skills to join our AI-focused team. You will work on GenAI chatbot platforms, architecture design, and scalable cloud deployments using AWS/Azure.

Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, NodeJS, Docker/Kubernetes, and React is highly valued; experience with LangChain, vector databases, and NLP/LLMs is a plus. Strong documentation and production-grade code are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming experience,1-3 years deploying ML models in production.
• Experience with enterprise GenAI chatbot or GenAI platform development.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture design.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, PyTorch, FastAPI), LangChain, vector databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and Terraform.
• Backend development experience with NodeJS or FastAPI.
• Deployment tooling with Docker or Kubernetes.
• GenAI with prompts and API integration; NLP/LLMs interest.
• Proven ability to write reliable, well-documented code.
• Frontend skills with React would be valuable.

We need a backend engineer, if possible, with some front-end skills. Cloud skills are preferably Azure, but if you are spot-on on AWS.

Its KEY that they have experience with GenAI.

• Any experience with an enterprise level GenAI chatbot or GenAI platform development
• 5+ years programming experience,1-3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in enterprise production environment.
• Strong understanding of the platform architecture design
• Strong proficiency in a range of technologies and frameworks such as Python (Pandas, PyTorch, FastAPI), vector databases, LangChain, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and infrastructure (Terraform).
• Proficiency in backend application development using NodeJS or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in deployment tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude 2, Stable Diffusion) with both prompt engineering and API.
• Experience implementing AI/ML models in a production environment and a passion for NLP / LLMs
• Proven ability and commitment to producing reliable, well-documented code
• Frontend skills with React would also be great value.
