Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking an early‑career Sourcing Specialist for HBW and Automated Logistics. You will support procurement activities for high bay warehouse and automation projects across LEGO’s global manufacturing network.

Based in Billund, you will work with engineering, procurement and suppliers to translate technical needs into sourcing inputs, conduct market analyses and contribute to cost and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Must have analytical skills and the ability to work with data to support supplier evaluations and decision materials.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn procurement fundamentals and processes.
• Ability to work with technical and commercial stakeholders in a structured way.
• Experience in engineering, project management, or automation procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities for HBW and automated logistics projects, including supplier research and RFQ prep.
• Translate technical requirements into supplier and sourcing inputs for category managers.
• Contribute to supplier market analyses for conveyors, AGVs, AS/RS, robotics, and related services.
• Prepare data, cost comparisons and supplier performance insights for decision materials.
• Participate in supplier meetings, clarifications and negotiation preparation.
• Ensure compliance and risk follow‑up across sourcing projects.
